Sohyun is a creative director, photographer and cinematographer. She uses camera as a main medium to create and connect with others. She finds the art and the craft in visual storytelling fascinating and meditative.
Through imagery, she documents the beauty within every aspect of life, focusing on nostalgia and mundane life. She embraces vulnerable emotions, ideas and values, utilizing light and color.
Her life in Seoul and Los Angeles helped her blend different cultures and values as an artist/ individual. She strives to create authentic work that engages different people and connect them as a community.
